Gaark micro device presents a spin drive to monitor and control the speed and production of spinning. The device monitors the tin roller rpm, front roller rpm, spindle speed, delivery rate tpm and tpi. The user-friendly menu-driven software makes the operation very easy. The device can work with any kind of standard inverters while full-fledged production can be monitored with the help of an optional centralised computer network. The shift changeover can be automatic or manual with the help of programmable grace time settings. Programmable start-up speed and length ensures smooth start-up in case of power interruptions at any spindle speed to reduce start-up end breaks. Technical specification: 16-character 2-line lcd display; programmable smooth acceleration/deceleration during start-up, stop and doffing of ring frame; storage of 10 cops build-up patterns with count identification; and 3 relay outputs for machine control. Special features: built-in real time clock; production details in hanks, kg, length and grams per spindle; storage of more patterns with optional computer interface; and continuous curve manipulation and smooth change over of speed with few steps of speed profile.
